Bowie Mandelbaum is a librarian and zine artist based on the Hamakua Coast and in Waimea. They make art that celebrates silliness, fun, and play, always with the aim of bringing community together and encouraging the artist in all people. Their practice is rooted in anti-hierarchical thinking, and anti-imperialist politics. It is their goal to have everyone they know make at least one zine.
